1. Prices
Q- How do I see your prices? I want to place an order!
A- You will need to apply for an account. Our wholesale pricing is only for trade customers.
Q- How long will it take for you to approve my account?
A- It usually only takes 1-2 business days. It may take longer if we have to ask for more information.
Q- I only need to buy a few flags. Can I order them without setting up an account?
A- Yes. Please use our retail website which has no minimum order and is open to public: www.midland-flags.co.uk
Q- I just need a large one-off order. Can't you just give me a quote?
A- Yes, of course. Please email us with details of what you need info@theflagwholesaler.com
Q- It's been a few weeks and I still haven't been approved? Why is this?
A- We may have asked for more information by email. Please check your inbox and junk folders, and get back to us.
Q- What is your minimum order?
A- It is just 150 €, before delivery and VAT.
Q- I would like to order a very large amount of flags. How do I discuss an improved price?
A- It is best to email us with details of what you would like to order, then we can try to offer you the best price info@theflagwholesaler.com
I currently source my flags elsewhere. Can you beat my current supplier's price?

2. Stock
Q- Do you keep all items in stock?
A- Yes, at our own warehouse in Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom.
Q- How often do you dispatch orders?
A- Every weekday, excluding UK bank holidays
Q- Do you make custom flags?
A- Not currently, although we can import new flags for you. There is a 500 piece minimum. Please contact us for a quote info@theflagwholesaler.com
Q- I have a great idea for a flag that you should stock! How can I share it with you?
A- Just send us an email with an image of the flag, and perhaps an explanation on why you think we should stock it, info@theflagwholesaler.com
3. Quality
Q- How do your flags and buntings compare to others on the market?
A- We pride ourselves on our high quality. We get very few complaints and are often praised on the quality of our products. We like to establish long term relationships with our customers, so it is not in our interest to sell poor quality items.
Q- What material are your flags?
A- Woven polyester unless stated otherwise. We also sell a range of nylon flags, which are a heavy duty option.
Q- Can the flags and bunting be used outside?
A- Yes, but we advise not leaving them out in bad weather. We also advise taking bunting down in harsh wind or rain, as it can fray or become worn. There is no such thing as a permanent outdoor solution.
Q- How are the flags and buntings packaged?
A- All of our items are sent in individual polybags, with a label. We can supply them with barcode labels if these are needed for your system.
Q- Can I order a sample? I don't want to place an entire order until I've seen a sample.
A- Yes, please use our retail website for this. www.midland-flags.co.uk The difference in price can be credited against your first wholesale order.
Q- Can I place an order using your website?
A- Yes, of course. It is the best way to order, because we can pick orders quickly using our scanning equipment, and we guarantee picking accuracy.
Q- What if I don't want to order using your website?
A- You can call us to place an order +44(0)1782 320041, or you can even email us. (Please note that website orders are picked first, then email orders)
Q- Can I come and place an order at your warehouse?
A- Yes, sure. Please let us know that you are coming a few hours in advance. If you tell us what you would like to order, we can prepare it in advance, ready for your collection.
Q- Can I add some more items to an order I placed earlier today?
A- Yes. It is best if you call us +44(0)1782 320041. Please try to only add on once throughout the day. If an order has already been dispatched, then you will need to place a new order.
Q- I need to cancel my order. How can I do this?
A- Please call us as soon as possible +44(0)1782 320041. If an order has already been dispatched, please see returns
Q- How do I pay when placing an order online? 
A- You can pay using a debit or credit card, or alternatively you can send us a bank transfer. We charge 2.5% of the order total for all card payments. Bank transfers are free.
Q- Do you accept Mastercard?
A- Yes, we accept payments from all major debit and credit cards. There are a few that we don't accept, such as Amex.
Q- Can I send a cheque in the post?

Q- I am tight on my budget at the moment. Can't I pay on invoice or after I have sold the goods?
A- No. We strictly must receive full payment before dispatching the goods.
6. Shipping
Q- How long does shipping take? 
A- Our shipping times vary per country. A rough guide is: UK; Next Day, Europe; 2-4 days, International; 2-7 days. Please contact us for an exact estimation.
Q- Do you offer a faster delivery service?
A- Yes. We have contracts with major couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Interlink Express. We can quote offer all of their services competitively.
Q- Will I need to sign for my delivery?
A- Yes, our deliveries are tracked and will require a signature.
Q- How can I track my order?
A- Upon dispatch, you will be emailed the details of the delivery by the courier, including a link to track your order.
Q- Can I collect an order?
A- Yes, sure. Please let us know that you are coming a few hours in advance. If you tell us what you would like to order, we can prepare it in advance, ready for your collection. 
Q- I would like to return my order, what is the procedure for this?
A- Please contact us to discuss the issue, as you will need us to give you a returns returns reference number so that we can process a return.
Q- I have been sent the wrong product, can I return it?
A- If this was our mistake then we will be keen to rectify the situation. Please contact us info@theflagwholesaler.com
Q- Do you offer sale or return?
A- No. We strictly do not offer sale or return.
Q- I have ordered the wrong products by mistake, can I return them?
A- Yes, as long as they are unopened and you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will need to contact us first to discuss and receive a returns reference number.
