Q- How do I see your prices? I want to place an order!
A- You will need to apply for an account. Our wholesale pricing is only for trade customers.
 
Q- How long will it take for you to approve my account?
A- It usually only takes 1-2 working days. It may take longer if we have to ask for more information.
 
Q- I only need to buy a few flags. Can I order them without setting up an account?
A- Yes. Please use our retail website which has no minimum order and is open to public: www.midland-flags.co.uk
 
Q- It's been a few weeks and I still haven't been approved? Why is this?
A- We may have asked for more information by email. Please check your inbox and junk folders, and get back to us.
 
Q- What is your minimum order?
A- It is just 150 Eur, before shipping.
 
I currently regularly source flags elsewhere. Can you beat my current supplier's price?

Q- Do you keep all items in stock?
A- Yes, at our own warehouse in Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom.
 
Q- How often do you dispatch orders?
A- Every weekday, excluding UK bank holidays
 
Q- Do you supply custom printed flags?
A- Absolutely, and we can quote extremely competitively for large quantities. Email us info@theflagwholesaler.com
 
Q- I have a great idea for a flag that you should stock! How can I share it with you?
A- Just send us an email with an image of the flag, and an explanation on why you think we should stock it, info@theflagwholesaler.com

Q- How do your flags and buntings compare to others on the market?
A- We pride ourselves on our high quality. We get very few complaints and are often praised on the quality of our products. We like to establish long-term relationships with our customers, so it is not in our interest to sell poor quality items.
 
Q- What material are your flags?
A- Woven polyester unless stated otherwise. We also sell some heavier-duty options including nylon flags and knitted polyester flags.
 
Q- Can the flags and bunting be used outside?
A- Yes, absolutely, but we do advise not leaving them out in bad weather. There is no such thing as a permanent outdoor solution.
 
Q- How are the flags and buntings packaged?
A- The majority of our items are sent in individual polybags, with a barcode label sticker. However, the packaging does vary per item.

Q- Can I place an order using your website?
A- Yes, of course. We require orders to be placed this way, because we can then pick orders quickly using our scanning equipment, and we guarantee picking accuracy.
 
Q- What if I don't want to order using your website? Can I order over the phone?
A- Currently, we do ask that all customers place their orders via our website. This ensures no errors are made through miscommunication, while also ensuring our processes remain efficient. If you require support or assistance on using our website please contact us
 
Q- Can I use my own courier to collect an order at your warehouse?
A- Yes, sure. However, due to the potential for fraud, this is only an available option for returning customers, and only for orders which have been prepaid by bank transfer.
 
Q- Can I add some more items to an order I placed earlier?
A- Yes. It is best if you call us +44(0)1782 320041. This may be possible if an order has not been processed yet, however please try and avoid requesting addons if possible as it can be disruptive to our process. Contact us to request an addition or change to an order.
 
Q- I need to cancel my order. How can I do this?
A- Please call us as soon as possible +44(0)1782 320041. Please contact us ASAP. Note, that if an order has already been dispatched, please see returns

Q- How do I pay when placing an order online? 
A- You can pay using a debit or credit card, or alternatively you can send us a bank transfer. We charge 2.5% of the order total for all card payments. Bank transfers are free.
 
Q- Do you accept Mastercard?
A- Yes, we accept payments from all major debit and credit cards.
 
Q- Do you offer credit?
A- No. We strictly must receive full payment before dispatching the goods.

Q- How long does international shipping take? 
A- We ship all international orders by UPS, and the cost and estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location, the order weight and number of parcels. The best way to check these costs, is to add items to your cart on our website and then use the shipping estimator tool on the cart page to see available UPS services.
 
Q- How can I track my order?
A- Upon dispatch, you will be emailed the details of the delivery by UPS, such as a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Q- I would like to return my order, what is the procedure for this?
A- As a B2B website, distance selling laws do not apply. Therefore, we do not have to accept returns. Is it best to contact us if you would like to make a request info@theflagwholesaler.com
 
Q- I have been sent the wrong product, can I return it?
A- If this was our mistake then we will be keen to rectify the situation. Please contact us info@theflagwholesaler.com
 
Q- Do you offer sale or return?
A- No. We are constantly replacing stock as it is sold, so as a company policy we don't offer sale or return.
